PENGARUH HYBRID SKILLS KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA ORGANISASI

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of  employees hybrid skills on organizational performance. This research is a causality study, which aims to analyze the relationship and influence (cause-effect) of two or more phenomena, through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique uses was census sampling method that involve  175 respondents taken entirely in the population. The data collection method used was questionnaire with it  scored using linkert scale method. Data analysis is carried out through SEM Analysis.  

Through the Hypothesis test in this study it was proved that there is a significant and positive influence between employee hybrid skills on organizational performance. There is a significant and positive influence between the length of work of employees on organizational performance. There is a significant and positive influence between employee education on organizational performance

 

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh hybrid skills karyawan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas, yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh (sebab-akibat) dari dua atau lebih fenomena (Sekaran 1992), melalui pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus sampling dari 175 responden yang diambil seluruhnya pada populasi. Adapun metode pengumpulan data digunakan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian jawaban dari responden di skor dengan menggunakan skala linkert. Setelah dilakukan uji dengan statistik menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) maka diperoleh hasil bahwa semua variabel yang diujikan positif.

 Melalui uji Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dibuktikan  bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara  hybrid skills karyawan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara lama kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Ada kinerja organisasi
